Q. I picked out the account I wanted, entered my email and then I clicked on an offer to fill out, BUT it keeps giving me an error about internet browsers or something, what’s going on?
A. We’ve found that the best performing internet browsers for our offers are Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, we’ve had no errors or mishaps with those browsers so we require them.

A. Sadly, we can only cover so many countries, we’re constantly updating and trying to cover more area, so check back often!

Q. Do I have to do any of that download a text file for an account BS? I can never get an account that way. :(
A. Nope, you don’t have to download anything at all, we send the account directly to your email, not attached and no hoops to jump through. We advise you not download anything due to viruses and other malware our to steal your Runescape account or worse.

Q. I followed all of the instructions, but it’s stuck on “Checking for completion…“, what’s up?
A. Usually that’s caused by not completing the offer correctly, you must put in your cell number, receive the text msg that has the PIN number then type the PIN on their website (not ours). If it still won’t budge you might try a different offer from your country, if possible.

Q. I don’t have a cell phone, or maybe I just don’t want to give my phone number out, what can I do?
A. We’ve got that covered! Once you’ve picked out the account you want and submitted your email go to the bottom of the next page and it asks if you’d rather do an offer without a cell phone. :)
